Chair Frames

Industry
Consumer goods
Akulon® PA6 is a reliable solution for chair frames compared to metals as no corrosion protection coating is needed with PA6. Akulon UltraFlow PA6 yields a better surface appearance than PA66 (even at 50% to 60% GF). Arnitel® TPC is approved for seat suspension, Stanyl® PA46 is approved for bearings and sliding parts, and EcoPaXX® PA410 is a 70 % bio-based alternative.}

Power Tool Housings

Industry
Consumer goods
Akulon® PA6 is a reliable solution for power tool housings due to its lighter weight compared to metals, possible part and function integration, easier assembly and longer tool lives. It has better welding strength and surface appearance than PA66. Akulon UltraFlow PA6 has outstanding mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and in diverse conditions.}
