Benefits
The arc chamber is a critical part in different LVSG devices. It helps to split or lengthen and cool the arc. When Stanyl® CR310 is used for the arc chamber it supports produced gases (when the arc plasma flows over it) which help to quench the arc more rapidly as compared to traditional support materials. Early arc extinction helps to enhance the breaking performance of the product and also reduces soot formation or leakage currents considerably.
